Born and raised playing sports all her life in Maryland, Mindy has always enjoyed staying fit and being competitive. She moved to California on a whim in March 2012 and has since fallen in love with the weather, beaches, the west coast lifestyle, and her now fiancé, Bill. She loves pushing herself (and others) outside of their comfort zone, so everyone leaves her classes feeling stronger than when they started.
