What happens after I submit my application?

Next, our team will be communicating with you via email for next steps and when you are a match for an upcoming campaign!
Am I required to complete every campaign I’m sent?
Nope! We want you to feel empowered to join the campaigns that are the best fit for you and your social following. If you’re sent a campaign that you wouldn’t like to participate in, no further action is needed. You’re only required to fulfill campaigns that you specifically opt-into.
How is this different from my current partnership(s)/campaign(s) I have with my brand?
XFLUENCE is an entirely new program that doesn’t replace or compete with any of your current partnerships or campaigns you have with your brand. This is an additional opportunity that will connect with you Xponential Corporate Partners for new social media campaigns you haven’t previously had access to.
I signed up for the XFLUENCE program. Why haven’t I been sent a campaign yet?
The XFLUENCE team carefully reviews each campaign and influencer to make sure every partnership is a match! Sometimes, a campaign is only relevant to instructors of a certain XPO brand due to logistics surrounding the corporate partner. For example, a corporate partner who sells its products within Rumble studios may not be the best partnership match for a teacher with Pure Barre, and vice versa. We are excited to continue to release new campaigns, so be sure to keep an eye out for email notifications from XFLUENCE.
How am I compensated for the campaigns?
All campaign compensation, whether product or monetary, is facilitated directly through the XPO Corporate Partner that you’re working with on the campaign - not Xponential Fitness or your brand. Each campaign brief will provide information surrounding compensation, which you can find in your XFLUENCE dashboard.
Can I negotiate my compensation before I accept a campaign?
Currently, all compensation related to campaign offers are fixed by the third-party partner and not open to negotiation. However, there’s no obligation for you to accept the campaign if you are not satisfied with the compensation offered!
