Mr. Meloun has served as our Chief Financial Officer since July 2018. Previously, Mr. Meloun served in executive roles at The Joint Corp, a national operator, manager and franchisor of chiropractic clinics, including as Chief Financial Officer, and as Director of Financial Planning and Reporting

Prior to that, Mr. Meloun served as a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the University of Phoenix, where he provided guidance to the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Meloun served as World Wide Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Emerson Network Power, and, prior to that, Mr. Meloun held various roles at Motorola, most recently serving as Senior Marketing and Engineering Analyst. Mr. Meloun holds both a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Arizona State University.
